    Great information provided here. There does seem to be one missing though, perhaps one of the best because it offers a 360 degree offering including CRM and even a Kanban style of display for leads. This is AgileCRM. I will note that HUBSPOT is particularly good also and if you can afford the huge price tag of the full featured version then this is a VERY GOOD CHOICE. This is what we would call a MODERN SOFTWARE when compared to something like SALES FORCE which is more old school and ‘institutional’ in terms of who it suits. Good luck in your hunt for a great Automation Software and CRM.
