It’s easily embeddable, with a simple and intuitive design. Reviewers said that it improves collaboration by including others in the calendar, and staff can have their separate calendars as well. Users liked features like tracking billing, recurring appointments and the administration dashboard. The platform makes it easy for clients to cancel bookings. Although, some reviewers found that certain features have limited options, which limits scheduling and booking capabilities. It doesn’t report when clients are unable to book when bookings are overflowing. Appointment notes can’t be made private. However, the customer service is very prompt, helping customers with any issues they might have.

Use pre-built dynamic templates to customize and add relevant information within messages. Embed options to confirm, cancel or reschedule an appointment, add payment links and notes. Enable calendar sync directly through text or emails. 
  • Staff Login:  Set up staff accounts, create individual calendars to specify and promote services, time and prices and manage multiple bookings simultaneously to maximize appointment density. Staff members can also get individual login credentials to manage their accounts with varying access levels. 
  • Reviews:  Collect reviews, feedback, testimonials and recommendations from customers. Moderate, approve and respond to submitted reviews and feedback. Display an aggregate of submitted reviews and ratings on the booking page to attract more customers.
