If your organization has a referral program, Zoho Recruit also lets you track candidates referred to different job openings.

Although the solution addresses the basic needs for recruitment, some users complain it focuses more on the performance management and onboarding processes than the recruiting process. It has limited reporting and search capabilities compared to the other solutions in the market. Most users believe UI and UX should be more intuitive to facilitate ease of use.
