Researcher's Summary:

Adobe Marketing Cloud (AMC) users have praised its robust feature set, seamless integration with other Adobe products, and advanced analytics capabilities. They appreciate the ability to automate marketing campaigns, track customer behavior, and gain valuable insights into campaign performance. However, some users have expressed concerns about its complexity and high cost, which may be a deterrent for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets. AMC's key strengths lie in its comprehensive functionality, allowing users to manage all aspects of their marketing campaigns from a single platform. Its integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager provides a holistic view of customer data and enables personalized marketing experiences. AMC's advanced segmentation and targeting capabilities empower users to deliver highly targeted campaigns, maximizing ROI. Compared to competitors like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Oracle Marketing Cloud, AMC stands out with its focus on creativity and content management. Its integration with Adobe Creative Cloud streamlines the production and delivery of marketing content, enabling users to create engaging campaigns that resonate with their target audience. AMC is best suited for large enterprises and marketing teams with complex needs and a significant budget. Its comprehensive feature set and advanced capabilities make it an ideal choice for businesses looking to optimize their marketing operations and drive growth. However, smaller businesses or those with limited resources may find it too complex and expensive.

  •  With AEM Forms installed on Linux, Digital Signature with Hardware Security Module doesn’t work.
  •  AEM Forms can’t convert .tif and .tiff files with JPEG compression to PDF documents.
  •  AEM Forms PDF generator works only with the older (32-bit) retail version of MS Office Professional Plus and other software; it doesn't support MS Office 365.
