It tracks employee hours via PCs, mobile devices and POS systems and transmits time and attendance information to payroll services. Offers comprehensive reporting types that fit specific times and jobs. Some reviewers mentioned that the system can be buggy or glitchy at times; clock-in/out buttons become larger and data needs to be retried constantly as the software fails or deletes data. According to few users, support services were difficult to find, slow and not knowledgeable. Users need to enter their client ID every single time they need to login into the product.
