Oracle is an overall talent management solution. Performance management was one of its most popular aspects. Users liked the overall management, professional development and skill set defining features. Its employee management, onboarding and talent management worked well aiding in optimizing the workforce. Recruiting was an especially well-liked tool with its ability to check candidate status, pull transcripts and engage in talent sourcing. Last, users were happy with its reporting elements as well. As for reviewer dissatisfaction, the most disliked aspect was the price. It’s a comprehensive and expensive product. This included a lack of adequate skill-based search, poor navigation, problems that arose from internet connections, and an overall feeling of it being too complicated. Many users also experience bugs, glitches and a slow data management process. The initial learning curve was said to be steep, it was hard to navigate, and users disliked the UI and lack of expansive documentation.
