  • Leave Management: It automates paid time off accrual and offers customizable leave categories for increased employee management. It automatically tabulates hours to calculate accrual and can impose limits on leave awarding. 
  • Reports: Customizable reports allow for in-depth time tracking on each activity an employee undertakes. Its in-platform Report Writer feature lets these reports be modified. 
  • Messaging: It describes itself as a “post office,” allowing supervisors and workers to message each other through the platform to notify about missed punches or posit inquiries. 
  • Group Tracking: It allows for workers to be categorized into groups or departments for mass-management of projects and payroll.  
  • Courtesy Clocking: Kiosk congestion is prevented by “courtesy clocking,” or allowing employees to declare when they are punching in early or when they punched out late without having to be at the kiosk at the exact moment their shift begins/ends. 
  • PIN/Passcode Verification: Workers can use unique passwords or PINs when punching in, adding a layer of security. 
  • Project Tracking: Worker projects can be tracked through created activities. Employees can be assigned to these tasks or select them when clocking in to allow supervisors to see what they’re working on.
