Key Features

  • Managed Time System: Offers an accrual system, a time-off request/approval system, time-off reports and a status bar to see when time-off requests have been made. Managed time is totaled in the summary box at the bottom of the time card. 
  • Audit Trail: Edited time and time out cells are shown in red and in italics, the entries of the place holder are shown in blue. Normal sessions will be shown in black. 
  • Time Card: Time cards are protected by a password or fingerprint scanner. Hours can be displayed as hours, minutes, seconds or decimals, and employees can add as many time cards as needed in one day. 
  • Employee Interface: Employees can view, print and interact with the timesheet to print time cards, attach notes to any time card session, request or see scheduled time off and review and print a ledger that shows when time has been accrued/used. 
  • Reporting: Reports can be customized in a variety of ways to give more insight and manage performance. 
  • Company Bulletin: Alerts users when a time card is opened by employees, and the calendar view shows everybody in the selected range with any type of scheduled time off for every day. 
  • Alert: Status Scanner alerts administrators to employee time-off requests, missed or incorrect punches and other issues that need admin attention.

schoolTraining: Provides training through documentation like support articles, FAQs and technical support articles. Live online and YouTube videos are also available for training.
local_offerTickets: Customers can request a support session with a technician by calling 1-877-988-8787 and using a provided six digit code to request login support.
