  • Project Management: Managers can assign and workers can track tasks, projects and goals. Employee self-service lets workers budget and allocate their own hours to maximize productivity and reach quotas and deadlines, and bosses can track employee hours and assignments. 
  • Attendance Reporting: Out-of-the-box support for web service connectors enables the development of web services. It supports WS-Security, SOAP wrapper handling and RESTful and raw web services. 
  • Employee Clock-In Accountability: Prevent buddy punching with facial recognition or a fingerprint module on the clock-in device, verifying employee identity. Workers can’t have their coworkers start or stop their shift, ensuring timesheet accuracy. 
  • Leave Management: The system implements company policies for time off and tabulates employee hours to automate leave management. Time off accrual and other benefits are easily tracked and presented to managers. 
  • Mobile Support: Apps on iOS and Android let employees track their punch-ins and file leave requests. Managers can clock employees in or out individually or as a group. Mobile devices also enable GPS location tracking.
