  • Applicant Tracking: Hirebridge tracks all of your applicants and where they’re at in the hiring process. It organizes all applicant data, records every activity taken on a candidate record and can be viewed and shared by Recruiters and Hiring Managers anytime. 
  • Branded Career Portal: The system comes with a branded Career Center website where users can search for and apply for your open positions, upload resumes and forward job postings via email. It integrates with your existing website, automatically updates jobs without action from IT or a webmaster and is designed to run on any device. Candidates may manage their profiles on the career portal, allowing them to update existing applications or apply to new openings using their stored information. 
  • Job Distribution: Hirebridge automatically submits your job postings to career websites, including Indeed, SimplyHired, JuJu, Glassdoor and Google.
