Limitations

With any software, it's essential to be mindful of its shortcomings before buying and implementing the solution. While it comes with excellent functionality, ConnectWise Automate is no exception. These are the known limitations of the system based on user feedback:

  •  Software navigation is cumbersome. 
  •  Users need classes and training for almost every feature in the system.  
  •  It only runs on Windows and MySQL on the backend. 
  •  Keeping MySQL regulated for atmosphere size is challenging.
