  • Meeting Buffers: Schedule appointments with extra time at the beginning or end (or both). Don’t worry about getting cut off mid-sentence. There’s a buffer after the scheduled end time, so meetings don’t end abruptly. 
  • Multi-user Scheduling: Customize meetings to include just the needed people. The system automatically adjusts for employees in different time zones. Narrow down the guest list based on skill level or by the individual.
