• Background Screening:  This feature enables the background check of new hires with services such as National Criminal Search, SSN validation and address trace, 7-year county record searches, sex offender checks, employment and education verification, and global security watchlist and driving record access. The screening process for new hires is integrated with CheckWriters Recruit for a seamless experience. 
• Onboarding: Employers can build a personalized experience for each new recruit by uploading videos and leader bios to personalize the process. The platform tracks shared employment documents and offer a dashboard of pending versus completed new hires. New hire details such as emergency contacts and tax status directly flow into HR and payroll. 
• Time Off Tracking: Organized PTO management is provided in a calendar where managers can receive, review and approve requests from employees. Custom time-off policies are also available. 
• Reporting:  Custom reports let users gain specific insights unique to their organization, or they can generate pre-configured reports. Other capabilities include filtering for easier field selection, data grouping for clean reports and multiple export options. 
• Performance Management: This module provides 140 defined performance factors with rooted behavioral rating scales. 500 customizable goals are available to align employees with company objectives. It also has more than 350 customizable evaluation templates based on specific job titles. 
• Scheduling:  Electronic distribution makes scheduling processes easier. Users can build templates, project labor costs, and receive overtime alerts and overlap warnings. 
• Payroll: The system allows flexible input options such as individualized check previews, import from attendance data or quick entry. Reviews show payroll totals by employee, department or company. In addition, users have access to individual paycheck previews and net-to-gross calculators. 
• Time Management: Multiple attendance options such as tablets, personal computers, biometrics or electronic timesheets simplify time entries. A real-time dashboard provides a central view of critical employee attendance data. 
• Benefits Administration: The system allows managers to create custom enrollment templates based on group or location of employees. Employees can then review plan comparisons and options. Once submitted, that data is sent directly to carriers. 
• Mobile Application:  Supported on Apple or Android devices, mobile features include fingerprint login and access to employee info like current and historical pay information and W2s. Users can also view and select benefits options and request time off.
