Pros
Cons
Researcher's Summary:
Deltek handles recruiting and professional development functionalities. The most popular feature is Costpoint which provides time and expense tracking for government contractors. Overall, users were pleased with the resource tracking and project management and felt the software helped them become more efficient. Reviewers were more split when it came to its time tracking abilities, with half of them enjoying the features while the other half didn’t find them robust enough. However, when it came to the product’s overall functionality, users felt it was outdated and provided only basic capabilities. Many commented that it was in desperate need of an update and thought the system was unintuitive and difficult to learn. Deltek is a good solution for organizations that work with government contractors to keep track of expenses. Other workplaces should demo extensively to see if it’s the right fit for them.
