  • Dashboard: An overarching welcome page gives practices a daily view of schedule, orders, labs, patient information and more. It lets physicians stay organized from an integrated space. 
  • Calendar: A calendar provides up to five providers’ schedules simultaneously, and allows for schedule altering, including creating appointments.  
  • Encounter Summary: Patient encounters go in-depth with all relevant information to give providers the complete picture when deciding on treatment. Patient history, history of present illness, vitals, medications and allergies, physical exams and more all have customizable templates for outlining patient encounters and treatment. 
  • Communications: Providers can communicate with coworkers or patients in-platform. It allows phone calls to be made from a patient’s chart, with internal faxing and document sending to internal and external locations.  
  • Superbill: A superbill is attached to the patient encounter summary. Service level can be selected from a drop-down list. Superbills can go through admin for approval, then can be exported as a PDF or printed. 
  • Reports: Reports include labs, prescription refills, clinical, meaningful use and health maintenance. These reports can be generated in-platform and exported. 
  • Treatment Plans: It supports future lab and procedure request management. It can enroll patients in health maintenance plans, fill prescriptions and request orders from outside facilities. 
  • Orders and Lab Feed: It tracks all orders and lab requests, logging specifics such as medications and supplies involved. Search filters allow providers to thoroughly sort through their orders and requests for administration purposes.
