At the time of this review, these are the limitations according to user feedback:

  •  Could be more user-friendly on the administrator end. Even with the provided tutorials, learning how to use it takes some time. 
  •  Previous schedules aren't visible. 
  •  Can’t customize the time employees receive notifications before their shift begins. 
  •  Mobile apps are complicated to use and don't support in-app notifications regarding shift drops and swaps. 
  •  Can be challenging to see the schedule at times. 
  •  Some customers report difficulties in trading shifts.
