- Snapshots: Automatically take snapshots to track data and identify current trends. Compile daily, weekly and monthly metrics, pin them onto the chart and notice patterns and issues. Track and report end-of-day support tickets, disk space usage and server patch status.
- Public Dashboard: Embed KPIs and metrics on websites, support desks, internal teams and client portals and share URLs with clients without sign-in option. Activate short snippets to the code and allow public access to the KPIs, CSAT scores and average response time.
- Goal Management: Assign each team member with KPIs and keep track of the progress made toward the set goals. Setting effective goals facilitates accountability and allows employees to stay motivated.
