Suite Support

Email: For immediate, low-urgency support, users can chat with their support team by going to the SAP ONE support launchpad and selecting “expert chat.”

Phone: To schedule a 30-minute call with an expert support engineer, users can choose the “book now” option on supported product features. Calls must be scheduled at least three days in advance.

Training: SAP offers a wide variety of training options including self-paced e-Learning via the SAP Learning Hub, third-party certification courses, instructor-led training and on-site training.

Tickets: Before submitting a support ticket, users should navigate to the “Find a Solution” option on their launchpad homepage. This will take them to the knowledge base where they can review previously identified issues and look for an existing solution. If they are unable to find one, they can submit a ticket by selecting the “contact SAP support” button.

Cost Structure for SAP Business Analytics Suite:

License/Subscription Cost	On-Premise: - Licensing-based model, required to pay upfront fee to own the software plus IP for a fixed term, along with installation, customization and integration costs - Price is dependent on the size of the business, functionality requirements and number of users - There is also an option of Named User Licenses (a non-shareable license for a single person that provides guaranteed access to the software) and Concurrent User Licenses (a single logon to the BI Platform by anyone. Logons using the concurrent session metric are limited by availability of a free session in the session pool). The Named User license provides access to all desktop software. The Concurrent User Licenses are not supported for most desktop software, except for SAP BusinessObjects Analysis edition for Office Cloud-based/SaaS: Recurring subscription based model – depends on number of users
