ICANotes is a robust solution for health practices. Users like the templates they provide as they are easy to get through. Documenting assessments and clinical notes is easy and makes compliance seamless. Users do not like the interface as it is hard to create individual notes, and the yellow background is not very pleasing to the eye. It also signs out when users lose internet connection.
