It is Intuitive and easy to learn and can be customized to meet business needs. It is frequently upgraded with added features for more efficient work processes. However, some reviewers mentioned that updates can cause issues. It can at times be slow, crash and freeze as well. Some tasks require a lot of clicks to complete. Overall, reviewers mentioned that support teams are responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and fixed issues in a timely manner.
