VPO is a user-friendly and intuitive software solution. Existing users really like VPO’s workflow for RFIs and submittals. It lets users access reports and documents in a centralized location. It has also helped them streamline their workflows. It can be customized according to the needs of the users, though not everything can be customized. Also, users should note that it does not provide expanded or updated features post purchase. User permissions about who can view submittals may not be seamless when someone outside the team needs access.

Most users said that PASKR has made it possible to streamline many of their day-to-day activities, such as project acquisition monitoring, subcontractor management, billing, time management and more. Customer support is easily accessible, quick, responsive, knowledgeable and willing to take feedback to make the user experience better. Users would like to see more reporting features and customization. Integration with other software is limited, and as a few reviewers have mentioned, it does not communicate well with Sage accounting. There are instances where the system would take some time to load.
