Easy to pick up, it’s also easy to master, with a remarkably short learning curve due to built-in tools and tips, as well as an abundance of vendor-provided documentation, online resources and proactive customer support. Many users reported that this tool increased organization-wide data literacy and reduced reliance on their IT, R&D and analyst departments by providing truly self-service BI. In addition, it facilitates smooth collaboration and painless sharing of insights. Panintelligence is an OS-agnostic, flexible solution with AI capabilities. It lets users combine data from a multitude of sources to create visualizations quickly. The solution empowers the user to customize almost every aspect, ranging from dashboards to themes, reports and access. The interface is powerful but easy to understand. Users had very positive feedback about customer support, mentioning that they were very fast to respond to issues. There were mixed reviews on the learning curve. While some said it was easy to introduce beginners, others noted the necessity to understand data concepts to use the tool. The drill down feature in dashboards is robust, helping users thoroughly visualize data. Users also complained about the lack of advanced features such as NLP and collaboration. However, customer support listens to the users’ needs to keep adding rich functionality to their software.
